Alex at Wells in 1958 when he came home for a short visit. He bought the bike for getting around the UK and then sold it before going back to NZ. The bike appears to be a BSA A10, a 650cc air-cooled parallel-twin motorcycle produced by the Birmingham Small Arms Company (BSA) in the 1950s and 1960s.
